Boundary Holding, a Luxembourg-based next-generation technology fund that focuses on companies connected to AI and deep technology, was founded by entrepreneur Rajat Khare.
Rajat khare completed his graduation from the famous Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi with a degree in Computer Science. He started his career in business by creating an educational company. Moreover, he is the co-author of the book “Make the Move” — Demystifying Entrepreneurship. He has also acted as a mentor to a number of other business owners.
Investments Overview
Later in 2016, Mr. Rajat Khare established Boundary Holding, a European investment company with offices in France and Luxembourg that makes investments in artificial intelligence businesses that integrate cutting-edge technologies like the Internet of Things, analytics, unmanned aerial vehicles, big data, and sustainable business models like deep tech and med tech. Thanks to funding from Boundary Holding, Rajat Khare has been able to replicate his success stories in several firms. The INSEAD School of Business’ course taught by Professor Patrick Turner used his entrepreneurial career as a case study.
Boundary Holding made investments in businesses like the facial recognition firm XRVision in Singapore, the drone solution provider Asteria Aerospace, and the startup Cerbair in France over the preceding two years.
Skiing, yoga, and Vipassana meditation are among Rajat Khare’s favourite activities. He also enjoys travelling the world. Additionally, he has a Facebook page devoted to yoga, where he emphasises the benefits of it for enhancing his capacity for decision-making and bringing happiness to both his professional and personal lives.

1. XR Vision
In order to take advantage of XRVision’s potential in the market for video content analytics and facial recognition, Boundary Holding invested in the Singapore-based company.
2. Asteria
To promote the development of UAVs and provide AI solutions to many industries, Rajat Khare created Boundary Holding and invested in Asteria Aerospace, a robotics and AI startup based in Bengaluru. But after RIL, the Mukesh Ambani-led conglomerate, acquired around 51.7% of its stake, the company was able to successfully exit Asteria Aerospace last year.
3. Konux
To promote the development of UAVs and provide AI solutions to many industries, Rajat Khare created Boundary Holding and invested in Asteria Aerospace, a robotics and AI startup based in Bengaluru. But after RIL, the Mukesh Ambani-led conglomerate, acquired around 51.7% of its stake, the company Eskort istanbul was able to successfully exit Asteria Aerospace last year.
4. Cerbair
Boundary Holding sought to advance autonomous security of vulnerable infrastructure, including surveillance of UAVs, by investing in Cerbair, a Technofounders firm with a French base.
5. Bleenco
A business called Bleenco, situated in Munich, creates software platforms for industrial automation. Some of the major issues in the fields of safety and operational effectiveness are addressed by our multi-sided, patented platform.
6.InfiniDome
A cyber-startup called InfiniDome was funded by Rajat Khare’s Boundary Holding, which was created to safeguard autonomous automobiles with AI.
7. Internest
In 2020, Boundary Holding invested in Internest, a firm with headquarters in Paris. With this investment, the company sought to increase its clientele and partnerships. With the expansion across different logistics and transportation by utilizing a Local Landing System with strong and accurate placement (LoLaS).
8.Elistair
Boundary Holding was established in 2020 with money from Rajat Khare by Elistair, a French maker of automated tethered UAV systems.
