BHRIGU LAKE :
Bhrigu lake is situated at Himachal Pradesh. It is kown as the Prittiest Grassland Trek in Himachal Pradesh. This trek lies around 20 km north of Manali. . Most people prefer Bhrigu lake for treking because of the beautiful Grassland not only for the lake. you can see Pir Panjal and Dhauladhar mountains dominating the skylines from the grassey knolls. This seems likea garden in the sky.
We can see wildflowers everywhere and meadows at theri lushest green at the month of July to September. The meadows change texture, shape and colour. This meadows comes with you all along the trek right until Bhrigu Lake.
BHRIGU LAKE TREK AND MANALI :
Starting from mid May till the month of octomber, treeking of Bhirgu lake is allowed with no restriction. Travellers who decided to go treking in Bhrigu lake can plan accordingly. during the month of june and and after August because it is considered as the ideal time as it is moonsoon period and there remains the probability of landslides in that region.
TEMPERATURE:
During summer the temperature hovers around 20 to 25C in the day time and 5 to 7C at night. in the winter season the temperature gets lower around 10 to 15C during daytime and 0 to 7C temperature at night time. The lake remain frozen almost half a year. The people who do trekking during the early summer enjoys the sight of snow.
